Cribbies: from one branch to four, and counting, on one system

Cribbies, a baby clothing and toys retailer in Kerala, started with one branch. Today it runs four, and counting, all on one system for products, inventory and billing that we built for it.

The Cribbies team uses all of our reports, including the CTC report, to scale the business and its profit. Every branch's sales, costs and stock are in the same place.

Next: a connected online store

Cribbies is now planning to open its own online store, connected to the same system that runs its branches.

Where it started

Cribbies' old billing software did one job: it printed bills. Full sales across branches, the cost behind each sale and the way stock moved batch by batch all sat outside it, or had to be pulled together by hand.
